The hotel's location was stunning, so close to the areas long stay car parks free of charge, Keswick and points of interest and pubs, restaurants, shops and a large park across the road. The staff was exceptional & affable, and helped with luggage. My queen room was extremely pleasant and spacious with a huge bed.

Pity, but the beds were bad.

The double room and bed were exceptionally comfortable. The amenities like central heating, an iron/ironing board, and a multi-channel TV were provided. The hotel staff was wonderful. The location was great for exploring the area. I enjoyed dining at the refurbished restaurant nearby.

We had a pleasant stay for a weekend running in the Lake District. The hotel was in a great position, very close to restaurants and Keswick, which we have been visiting for over 30 years. , a long lake was only 4 km away from the property. Distinguished dishes were served at the refurbished restaurant.

We had a really good stay for a weekend in the Lake District. The staff was really helpful, as well as the owner. I greatly enjoyed the room with a spa bath, and my bed was lovely. There was lots of food for breakfast and it was really good.

Great service from the staff and they even helped with our bags! The room was pretty spacious and it had a shower and a jacuzzi 🛁.

The parking was convenient and the staff were exceptional, friendly, and helpful.

Very central location close to Keswick and points of interest, restaurants, bars, and shops. Situated only 1 km from Derwent Pencil Museum.- Excellent breakfast with a huge variety of meals.
